Our Campus

Hale Kiapu features a unique multi-structure residential layout — a main building surrounded by four separate cottages — creating a more comfortable, community-oriented environment than a traditional single-building facility.

Main Building — 11 beds

  • 5 private rooms
  • 1 shared room (5 beds)
  • 1 shared room (2 beds)
  • Central dining area and administrative office

Four Cottages — 5 beds each, 20 beds total Each cottage includes:

  • 4 private rooms
  • 1 shared room (double occupancy)

Smaller groups, more privacy, and a less institutional feel — the cottage design means residents have a quieter home base while still being part of the broader community.

A Note on Care Philosophy

We care for residents regardless of ethnic background. While our roots are in the Korean community, our doors are open to anyone who would benefit from our home-like, culturally warm environment.

Our campus of 31 residents is intentionally sized. It means our staff know every resident by name, know their preferences, and are present in a way that is simply not possible in a larger institution.
